Mission Statement ~
Gold Soul Hair Studio's goal is simple, be good people...spread positivity and most importantly create great hair. We aren't reinventing the wheel, our hope is to provide a clean, inviting, fun loving and non-judgemental place where you feel like you've received more than just a haircut but an experience. We enjoy hearing everyone's story and building relationships with who each person that walks through our door. In our experience, the hair industry is a vital part of any community and we look forward to doing our part in bettering the town that we have come to love so much.
Policies & Procedures -
Deposits - We require a 25% non-refundable deposit on all color services. This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout and is not an extra fee. In the event of a cancellation with under 24 hours notice or a missed appointment, this deposit will be forfeited and another will be required to reschedule your appointment.
Payments - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Venmo and Cash.
Appointments - We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations - At Gold Soul Hair Studio we understand life happens however if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice. We appreciate your understanding.
Products - It’s important to us that you have the appropriate hair care products to complete your style at home. We offer product exchange on all products. If a product does not meet your needs you are welcome to exchange it for any of our other products.
